“ As a man in my 40s I miss what I consider ‘proper arcades’. This is a proper arcade. And it has nice coffee and the staff are friendly. Lots of 80s movie and gaming memorabilia to delight me into boring the kids with history lessons. And if you like a trading card game there’s plenty of Pokémon, yu gi oh and mainly Magic the Gathering to enjoy. Very welcoming environment. Could easily have stayed all day and fed 50ps into those machines. ”

Lots of games available to use, we’ve never waited for a go on anything, plenty of seating and staff offer change for the machines with no hesitation. Their coffee is the best in town in my opinion. Good to see they’re open out of season too, we normally come in the summer but visited between Christmas and new year and were able to pop in and play ”

Coffees, milkshakes and snacks are available for a good price as well so I had a brilliant time watching my kids (6 and 6) enjoy themselves whilst I sat with a coffee and number 3 - noise level was sufficiently good that the 7 month old fell asleep very happily after watching as well. Shall definitely return! ”
